Cancelation policy

If you cancel before renewal, your subscription will not renew for the next billing period. You will retain access through the end of the current paid term unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancelation stops future recurring charges only. Charges already paid for the current billing period, completed setup work, and any one-time implementation or custom service fees are non-refundable unless required by law or expressly approved by BYREASON LLC.

To request cancelation, customers must cancel from the billing settings inside the application before the renewal date. Cancelation requests sent outside the application may not stop renewal unless they are also completed in the billing settings.
