1. Service overview

TakeCallPro is a call-handling and lead-intake solution designed for contractors and local service businesses. The service may include call answering flows, lead capture, qualification logic, routing, scheduling support, reporting, onboarding support, and related implementation services.

2. Eligibility

You may use the service only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and only in compliance with applicable law. If you use the service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these terms.

3. Accounts and onboarding

Certain features may require onboarding information, account access, forwarding setup, calendar access, business details, call-routing preferences, or other implementation data. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and updated when needed.

You are also responsible for maintaining the security of any credentials, integrations, phone numbers, and third-party systems connected to the service.

4. Pricing, billing, and payments

Paid features require payment of the fees shown at checkout, in a proposal, or in a separate agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are charged in U.S. dollars and are due in advance for the applicable billing period.

BYREASON LLC may change pricing for future billing periods, promotional offers, service tiers, or new features. If pricing changes apply to an existing customer, reasonable advance notice should be provided before the change takes effect.

You authorize BYREASON LLC and its payment providers to charge the payment method you provide for recurring fees, one-time setup work, applicable taxes, and any approved add-on services.

5. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds, if any, are handled according to the applicable plan, proposal, or cancellation policy. Unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed in writing, setup fees, completed implementation work, and service already delivered may be non-refundable.

If you wish to cancel, you should submit the request before your next renewal date. Cancellation will generally stop future renewals but will not automatically reverse charges for the current billing period or for work already performed.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website or service. This includes attempting to interfere with platform operations, reverse engineer protected systems, access data without authorization, overload the service, or use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing activity.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of call flows, recordings, scripts, and communications complies with telemarketing, privacy, consumer protection, and industry-specific laws that apply to your business.

7. Customer content and business data

You retain ownership of the business information, scripts, call-routing preferences, calendars, customer data, and other content you provide to operate the service. You grant BYREASON LLC a limited right to use that information solely to provide, maintain, support, and improve the service for your account.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to provide any content or data you submit and that its use in connection with the service will not violate law or third-party rights.

8. Intellectual property

The TakeCallPro website, branding, workflows, page content, software, documentation, design elements, and related materials are owned by BYREASON LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, publicly display, or create derivative works from the service or its materials.

9. Third-party services

The service may rely on or connect with third-party providers such as payment processors, voice or SMS infrastructure, scheduling tools, calendars, CRMs, analytics tools, or automation platforms. BYREASON LLC is not responsible for the uptime, content, policies, or actions of those third parties.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to separate third-party terms and privacy policies.

10. Availability and service changes

11. Disclaimers

BYREASON LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use case.

TakeCallPro is intended to support business operations, not to guarantee revenue, bookings, legal compliance, or business outcomes.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BYREASON LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of revenue, profits, goodwill, data, customers, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of BYREASON LLC for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to BYREASON LLC for the service during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BYREASON LLC and its affiliates, officers, contractors, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your breach of these terms, your content, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
